In cooperation with Institute of Biochemistry University of Cologne (Germany) we have started a co-crystallization experiments to investigate molecular complexes of human kinases and ATP-competitive inhibitors.

We collaborate with Institute of Chemical Biology and Fundamental Medicine (Russia) in the field of the study of pro-apoptotic efficacy of protein kinase inhibitors towards cell lines derived from a wide spectrum of tumors.

In collaboration with Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine at University of Edinburgh focused on a protein kinase targets. Our lab will perform virtual screening to identify a set of compounds that might display protein kinase inhibitory activity. In addition, our scientists will carry out all tasks associated with organic synthesis and chemical optimization. Scientists from Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine are responsible for biological in vitro tests concerning determination of the kinase inhibitory activity of selected compounds including enzymatic assays and cell tests.

In collaboration with Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics (Polish Academy of Sciences) we started joint project focused on evaluation of our protein kinase CK2 inhibitors using cancer cell lines.

In terms of joint research project with Ophthalmology Research Laboratories (Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, USA) we are testing our protein kinase CK2 inhibitors on in vivo models.

In collaboration with Life Chemicals company (Canada), a joint research project aimed at evaluation of new inhibitors of Ñ-Jun N-terminal protein kinase (JNK) have been launched. Of primary interest in this investigation is a neuronal-specific isoform of JNK (JNK3).
