Scientific seminar “Medical Chemistry”
On the 2nd December
2010 an integrated scientific seminar “Medical Chemistry” organized
by the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry NAS Ukraine
and Department of Combinatorial Chemistry of the Institute of Molecular
Biology and Genetics NAS Ukraine took place in the Institute of Bioorganic
Chemistry and Petrochemistry NAS Ukraine, 1, Murmanskaya Str., Kyiv.
The scientific
programme consisted of oral presentations:
1. Chekanov M.O. Synthesis and optimization of 2-phenylisothiazolidin-3-one-1,1-dioxide
as inhibitors of human protein kinase CK2 (The Institute of Molecular
Biology and Genetics NAS Ukraine).
2. Synyugin A.R. Design of protein kinase CK2 inhibitors on

web-server for model development, publication of chemical information

5. Kovalishyn V.V. Building of expert system to predict activity
of compounds interacting with cytochrome P450 (The Institute of Bioorganic
